FAQ's

How far in advance do I have to order?
In an ideal world, you would book your gear rental seconds after you booked your travel plans. But we're parents, right? So, realistically, the earlier you book - the easier it is on everyone, but we aren't going to leave you out in the cold. If you need same day rentals, we can usually accommodate that.

Do I have to book online?

You can book online, call us, or email us - whatever is easiest for you.

When am I charged?

We charge you at time of reservation to hold your gear. If there are questions about days (doesn't it seem confusing sometimes if you are leaving at the crack of dawn, but still get charged for a full day,) then let us know and we can alter the payment/partially refund if you make a mistake. Otherwise,  if you need to cancel your order you will be refunded based on our cancellation/refund policy.

Do you provide car seats?

We currently only provide carseats with insurance riders to approved hotel guests and those traveling with groups. To be honest, the insurance premium, even as certified car seat installers (of which we have two on staff) is too high to support this offering. If you are in a pinch and something happens to your car seat, call us and we will loan you one as any good friend would. 

Who delivers and sets up the products?

Moms and dads manage this. They are the most experienced, and also the least creepy. (And sometimes little toddlers also join to say hello if new friends will be around!)

How do you clean your products?

We use multiple cleaning and disinfecting processes including silver-based products that kills germs and all sorts of ugly bugs within 30-seconds of application, but non-toxic enough that you can ingest it. We also use steam and other cleaning applications that are non-toxic. Sheets, most dishes/cups/sippycups and bath toys are all brand-new and never re-used. 

Are we getting the actual product seen on the site? Can I get something not listed?

Yes, unless otherwise noted, the product you see is the one you are getting (color variations may happen.) We work closely with the top rated baby gear brands through our baby product marketing agency partner which allows us to get our hands on high-end, expensive, JPMA-certified gear. If you have a brand or item you'd like us to get you -just let us know.

Where will you deliver?

Currently we are delivering within 40 miles of 85024. Since you're likely not from Arizona, then that covers most of North Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe, and Downtown. We will deliver to Mesa, Chandler, and other areas, but delivery fees may change.

What hours do you deliver and pick up?

We make this simple: you tell us and we will make it happen. We don't want to be like the cable company and give you a four hour window that works better for us than for you.
